COVID-19 UPDATE

Please be aware that shipping and processing times have been delayed significantly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Processing times are between 7-14 business days, but as of right now the processing times have increased as have shipping times. We are trying our best to get your orders processed and shipped out as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE SATURDAY & SUNDAY.

All items on our site are made to order. Each item has a processing time between 7-14 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders at the time you place your order, a few extra days will be added to the processing time. Once the orders have been processed, there will be an additional 2-3 days for shipping. All of our shipping options will be shown once you are finalizing your order in your shopping cart.

LashesbyClaudia is not responsible for custom & duty charges. 

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from LashesbyClaudia. This does not mean your order has been shipped. You will receive a separate email with tracking details once the order has been shipped from us.
